1. The material of the roller body is generally made of high-quality seamless steel pipes (special materials can be customized according to user needs) through boring and grinding the inner hole to make the thickness of the pipe wall uniform, and then welding, stress relief treatment, turning, grinding, and finishing;
2. The inside of the roller body can be designed with double and multilayer jackets and various runners according to customer requirements to heat and cool the cylinder.
3. Correction of static balance and dynamic balance processing;
4. It can be sandblasted on embossing rollers, metal anilox rollers, laser rollers, and chrome-plated mirror rollers to meet special requirements.
